For all women* who are experiencing or have experienced psychological or physical violence in their relationship.
And for all friends, relatives and specialists who are in contact with affected women* and children and are looking for information.
This is how we work
We usually arrange personal one-to-one sessions with women*, after an appointment has been made by phone.
We can also offer email or telephone consultations. Our consultations are free-of-charge and confidential and range from one-off meetings to provide information and advice to longer-term support. The focus of the consultation is the experience and feelings of the woman* in question. Our consultations are non-binding and open-ended. We help women* to recognise their ability to act and work with them to develop opportunities for change. We work for these women* using findings from women's studies and trauma research.
We provide support
- in developing prospects for women* living in violent relationships.
- to find information about legal and financial options when it comes to separation, maintenance, contact rights, the Protection against Violence Act, securing livelihoods, etc.
- and information about the interconnections and consequences of living with violence.
- when contacting authorities.
- to women* affected by stalking.
- to women* affected by digital violence.
- to arrange places for women in shelters.
- in psychosocial counselling sessions.
- as part of group therapy.

Wherever possible, we make appointments for consultations on the phone first.
The answering machine is switched on during consultation session. If you leave a message, we'll be happy to call you back.

We work closely with all cooperation partners on the subject of domestic violence, but only with the consent of the women* concerned.
